Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shipping Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the physical aspects of the shipping process, including scanning, lifting, and organizing boxes and pallets for distribution. Your responsibilities will support the smooth operation of the plant by maintaining an efficient and well-documented shipping environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong physical stamina, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various departments to maintain shipping integrity and support timely resolution of order issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Use and understand a handheld scanner to scan boxes onto pallets and loads. Lift boxes over 50 lbs for an extended amount of time. Pass a forklift and fire extinguisher test to acquire a forklift license. Bend and lift boxes from floor level to overhead stacking. Work in a cold environment for 8 hours or more. Stand for 8 hours or more. Ensure product integrity and shipping accuracy. Communicate effectively and explain situations clearly. Be detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable. Handle mentally and physically challenging work. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
