Responsibilities Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support accurate installation and assembly. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently. Install various construction components according to specifications, including framing, fixtures, etc. Operate power tools and equipment safely, performing routine maintenance or repairs as needed. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including implementing OSHA safety standards and using appropriate respiratory protection. Conduct specialty work with appropriate techniques and materials. Climb ladders, scaffolding, or other structures safely while maintaining awareness of safety protocols at all times. Skills Previous experience in residence work indoors Great attitude and willing to progress as needed Proficiency or willing to learn reading blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings for accurate project execution. Strong mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks consistently without fatigue. Excellent understanding of respiratory protection requirements and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
