Construction / Remodeling / Exterior & Interior Home Improvement Job Description Davis R&R is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our construction and remodeling crew. We handle a wide variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Omaha area, so the work changes from job to job. Our projects include gutter installation, siding, soffit and fascia, painting, framing, drywall, trim work, decks, demolition, repairs, and other general construction and remodeling work. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn new skills, and take pride in producing quality work. Construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is reliable, motivated, and comfortable working with their hands. Responsibilities Install and repair gutters and downspouts Perform exterior and interior painting and prep work Assist with framing and general carpentry Install siding, soffit, fascia, trim, and other exterior materials Assist with drywall, decks, demolition, and remodeling projects Measure, cut, and install construction materials Safely use hand and power tools Work from ladders and at heights when required Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a crew Qualifications Construction or remodeling experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation to work/job sites Dependable and able to show up on time Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Able to lift approximately 50-75 lbs Willing to learn multiple construction trades Able to work independently once a task has been explained Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professional and respectful around customers and coworkers Experience with gutters, siding, painting, framing, carpentry, roofing, drywall, decks, or general remodeling is a plus.
