You will need:
U.S. work authorization. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Dependable and prompt attendance. Willingness to travel. Ability to work independently and as part of a crew. Ability or willingness to learn to use hand and power tools. Ability or willingness to learn to operate construction equipment. Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required. Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. unassisted . Construction or landscaping experience is helpful, but your attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
