4-hour minimum pay per called-in shift (e.g., if a job takes 1 hour, you still get paid for 4 hours) About the Role EMX2 Property SVCS is looking for a reliable General Laborer to assist with day-to-day property maintenance, estate/barn cleanouts, junk removal, and general property cleanups. This is an as-needed, on-call position with non-standard hours. Work availability varies week to week based on incoming job volume. This position is ideal for freelancers, students, semi-retired individuals, or anyone seeking supplemental income with a flexible schedule rather than a traditional 9-to-5 shift. Key Responsibilities Assist with manual loading, hauling, and removal of junk, trash, furniture, debris, and materials during property cleanouts. Perform general outdoor and indoor property maintenance and site cleanups. Work safely and efficiently alongside team members while representing the company professionally on customer properties. Follow instructions and safety protocols for proper material handling and site preparation.

Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver's License:

preferred but not required.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have your own dependable vehicle to travel to designated job sites.

Flexible Availability:

Ability to accept work on short or flexible notice.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs) throughout a shift.
