We're currently hiring Sitework Laborers in Manchester, NH for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with a respected contractor. If you're someone who likes working outdoors, being part of a strong crew, and seeing a project come together from the ground up, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist with site clearing, grading, excavation, and general sitework Help install underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems Perform trenching, backfilling, and compaction Assist with foundation preparation and site development Operate hand tools, power tools, plate compactors, and other jobsite equipment Dig, move materials, and perform general labor as needed Load, unload, and transport materials around the jobsite Assist equipment operators and other tradespeople with daily sitework Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements What We're Looking For Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred Underground utility, pipe installation, excavation, or dirt work experience is a plus Basic heavy equipment experience is a plus Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather conditions Dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire Union operators contract available; this position is focused on general sitework and labor What We Offer Full health insurance Weekly pay — on time, every time Tool reimbursement Free OSHA and safety training Flex Time Temp-to-permanent opportunity Quick response from real people, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Why Work With Skilled Trades Partners?
