Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be at the forefront of building and renovating structures that make a difference! In this energetic role, you'll actively participate in various phases of construction projects, utilizing your skills in carpentry, masonry, concrete work, and more. Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to guide project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation to ensure durable and precise results Construct formwork, frames, and other structural components following technical specifications Execute masonry tasks including stucco application, tile laying, and restoration work Install flooring, trim carpentry, caulking, and perform renovation tasks to enhance building aesthetics and functionality Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Experience Proven experience working on construction projects across various trades such as carpentry, masonry, or concrete work Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to accurately execute construction plans Knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint specification interpretation Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing, cutting, pouring, and concrete pumping operations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique Understanding of construction site safety protocols and adherence to safety standards at all times Prior involvement in renovation or restoration projects is a plus
