Laborer Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing manual labor tasks that support various construction, maintenance, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in physically demanding environments and utilizing power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to team efforts while developing valuable skills in a dynamic work setting. Duties Perform manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project needs. Operate power tools safely and effectively as required for specific tasks. Assist with loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper handling and placement. Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work site. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and injuries during work activities. Contribute to the overall progress of projects by completing assigned physical tasks efficiently. Experience Prior experience in manual labor or construction is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to lift heavy objects consistently and perform physically demanding tasks daily. Comfort working with power tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
