Work boots and work pants required Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, production, and finishing tasks. Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and specialty tools during assembly. Operate power tools including grinders, impact guns, drills, and circular saws. Attach and assemble pre-manufactured components and parts. Drill holes and assist with fabrication processes. Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, and transport vehicles. Operate forklifts, hoists, lift beams, swivel hooks, and other lifting equipment. Move and secure materials to designated production areas. Read and follow verbal and written work instructions. Support production flow by forwarding completed work to the next department. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial environments. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with grinders, impact guns, and circular saws. Forklift operating experience. Painting experience for touch-up work. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
