Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction projects including masonry, asphalt, paving and concrete work Perform block laying, cement mixing, and site preparation Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

Proven experience in masonry, asphalt, cement, paving and block work Strong work ethic and reliability — must show up on time and ready to work Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction safety practices Valid driver's license and transportation preferred
