$16.00 to $18.00 per hour Job Summary Apartment Complex is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to support general labor, groundskeeping, and property upkeep at our residential communities. This role assists maintenance teams with daily operational tasks to help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform general labor and clean-up of common areas and grounds Assist with trash, debris, and bulk removal Support apartment clean-outs and preparation of vacant units Move appliances, furniture, and materials (up to 50 lbs.) Assist maintenance staff and contractors as needed Perform snow removal and salting during winter months Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Prior experience in general labor, maintenance support, or construction preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs Ability to work indoors and outdoors Benefits (if applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick time 401(k) Opportunities for advancement Screening Questions Required (Yes / No): Are you authorized to work in the United States?
