If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you. No prior experience is necessary — we provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement. Position Overview As a Laborer, you will assist with a variety of outdoor and physical tasks related to soil erosion control, power washing, and other services we provide. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities Perform general labor and physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments Assist with soil erosion control installation and maintenance Operate power washing equipment safely and effectively Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment What We Offer Starting pay at $18.00 per hour Full-time, steady work, typically starting at 6am On-the-job training — no experience necessary Opportunities for advancement based on performance Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company share Pre-employment drug testing required If you're motivated, dependable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow, apply today and start building your career with us.
