Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or tools as directed Support the installation of structures, framing, or other building components under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed Operate basic tools and machinery safely and correctly after proper training Follow safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure worksite Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities Basic understanding of construction safety practices is a plus Willingness to follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety protocols at all times Join us in building something great!
