Vineland, NJ Northeast Precast (NEP) is now hiring for a full-time, permanent Construction Cleanup Laborer ! We are expanding operations and need reliable help keeping our job sites safe and clean. JOB DESCRIPTION

In this position, you will work to maintain a safe and clean construction site inside our Vineland location. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, pulling out construction trash, and supporting overall site cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Sweep and vacuum work areas to maintain a clean site Collect, bag, and remove construction debris and trash Organize and maintain site walkways and access points Support crews by keeping staging and storage areas clear Operate basic cleaning and site maintenance equipment (vacuums, brooms, shop-vacs, etc.) Monitor and empty waste containers regularly Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or hazards on-site Assist with small maintenance or cleanup tasks as directed by supervisors Maintain compliance with all site safety requirements

This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, with start times varying by project needs. Overtime may be required.

PAY:

$16.00 - $18.00 Hourly

QUALIFICATIONS
