Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Laborer / Helper to join our team on an as-needed, part-time basis. This role supports our skilled professionals with home improvement and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn new skills in home remodeling and general contracting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with interior and exterior home improvement projects (painting, flooring, drywall, demolition, landscaping, and general labor tasks) Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule Perform other general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Schedule:

Flexible, as-needed hours Part-time employment, primarily during weekdays, with occasional weekends depending on project schedules
