Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position will assist with a variety of on-site construction and general labor tasks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized job site, and is willing to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Perform a variety of general labor and construction-related tasks on-site Assist other crew members with daily project needs Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Operate a telehandler when qualified and authorized Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site Move materials and debris throughout the job site Frequently walk and climb stairs throughout the workday Follow all company safety procedures and job-site requirements Safely lift and carry 50+ pounds as needed Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred Telehandler operation experience preferred Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to repeatedly climb and descend stairs throughout the day Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment Compensation $18-$22 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and willing to take on a variety of tasks to keep the job moving efficiently. Telehandler experience is a strong plus, but we are also willing to consider candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.
