Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Installation Laborer to join our team. The Installation Laborer will be responsible for assisting the installation team to efficiently and safely perform a variety of tasks, such as digging, trenching, grading, and lifting, in septic installation projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely dig holes, trenches, and foundations, ensuring proper depth and alignment. Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris from trucks or other equipment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the equipment Assist with setting up job sites and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain awareness of surroundings and work zones to avoid accidents and injuries. Maintain records of work completed and any equipment maintenance performed.
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of safety standards, and maintenance practices. Valid driver's license and a clear driving record Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership skills
Working Conditions:
Work is typically performed outdoors. Exposure to dust, noise, and adverse weather conditions is possible. May require irregular hours or shift work, depending on project schedules.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
