Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various landscaping tasks to create and maintain beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for residential and commercial properties. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities:

Grounds Maintenance:
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing leaves.
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass. 2.
Installation & Design:
- Assist in the installation of landscaping features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscaping elements.
- Help in the layout and design of landscape projects as directed by the landscape designer or supervisor. 3.
Irrigation Systems:
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution. 4.
Clean-Up and Maintenance:
- Clear debris and refuse from work areas, ensuring job sites remain clean and organized.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. 5.
Team Collaboration:
- Work cohesively with other landscaping team members to complete projects on time and adhere to quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status and any potential issues. 6.
Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Truck/SUV for traveling to/from jobs with tools in it required.
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of horticulture, landscaping design, and maintenance best practices.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Work Environment:
- This position primarily involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. The role may require early morning start times and the flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons.
Compensation:
- Salary will be determined by experience.
- Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company in the future
- Sales will be expected, all employees must knock doors.
