Job Description

Job Title:

Construction Laborer Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated construction laborer to support our water well drilling and servicing operations, as well as septic system installations and repairs. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks including site preparation, equipment handling, and system inspections. Basic plumbing and electrical skills are preferred to ensure efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with drilling water wells and servicing existing wells. Support installation of new construction septic systems. Perform repairs on water well and septic systems. Help with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup. Inspect systems to identify issues and support troubleshooting efforts. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work is a plus. Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Ability to operate hand tools and heavy equipment safely. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

From $18.00 per hour
