Reno, NV We help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. As a Construction Laborer with Paul Davis Restoration, you'll support customers during difficult situations such as water, fire, or mold damage. This is an important, entry-level role where you'll learn valuable skills, work as part of a team, and make a meaningful impact. We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in helping others and want to grow with our company. What does a Construction Laborer do? Serve others within your community in their time of need Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage) Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology Job Responsibilities Perform restoration and cleanup services (including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition) under supervision Provide excellent customer service throughout each project Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle and equipment Assist with setting up equipment, temporary structures, and preparing materials for removal Clean and care for tools and equipment used on the job Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed Support warehouse and facility tasks when required J ob Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen Written and verbal fluency in English Valid driver's license Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day Benefits 3 weeks of paid time off 7 company paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental and disability insurance options offered On-the-job training to develop new skillsBenefits
