Job Overview Duties include but are not limited to: Support greenhouse for all duties to maintain crops Participate in pest management and disease control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the team to achieve cultivation goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, or related fields is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality plants.

Requirement:

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for 8 hours + per day/shift. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
