In this role, you will be an essential part of the on-site workforce, supporting various phases of construction projects from groundwork to finishing touches. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, or concrete finishing Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like drywall installation, caulking, or trim carpentry Help with material handling, including lifting, moving, and organizing supplies and equipment Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to aid in construction activities such as masonry or fabrication Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting tools and equipment regularly Support heavy equipment operation when trained and certified, ensuring proper use on-site Requirements Prior construction site experience or familiarity with construction processes preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Ability to read blueprints and schematics for various trades Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques like concrete forming or tile laying Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction management principles is a plus but not required; training will be provided Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment!
