Position Type:

Full-Time, Travel Required Estimated annual earnings: $95,000

•115,000, including overtime and prevailing-wage opportunities. Actual earnings vary based on project assignments, hours worked, and prevailing-wage eligibility. About the Role PowerVac Group is seeking motivated and dependable Laborers to join our Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Crew. This is a travel-based position, working Monday through Friday on projects throughout the region, with lodging provided. The majority of the work performed is on New York State Prevailing Wage projects. When working on eligible NY State prevailing wage projects, employees will be paid the applicable prevailing wage rate in accordance with project requirements. Our crew specialize in trenchless pipe rehabilitation, using advanced CIPP technology to restore underground infrastructure with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities Assist with the setup, installation, and curing of CIPP liners. Operate hand and power tools, support equipment, and materials handling. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and confined spaces as needed. Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors to ensure safe, efficient project completion. Maintain a clean and organized worksite. Adhere to company and industry safety policies at all times. Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to travel extensively (out of town Monday-Friday, home on weekends). Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in physically demanding environments. Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not mandatory).
