10-Hour Construction Full Job Description Join the Team at Schultz Construction Schultz Construction, a leader in the heavy civil construction industry, is looking for skilled tradespeople-including foremen, heavy equipment operators, laborers, pipelayers & carpenters-to join our growing team. At Schultz Construction, you'll work on meaningful projects that strengthen our communities while building your skills alongside experienced professionals. Our diverse work includes cast-in-place concrete, excavation, shoring, equipment installation, process piping, and other specialized heavy civil constructionoffering opportunities to learn, grow, and take pride in every project. Key Responsibilities Work on diverse infrastructure projects. Operate hand and power tools safely and proficiently. Perform tasks related to excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, and form carpentry (as applicable). Qualifications Experience in civil infrastructure projects is a plus. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Mechanical skills and experience with excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, or form carpentry is preferred. OSHA 10 Hour certification required Possession of a valid drivers license Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive compensation: Public projects: Prevailing wage pay with supplemental benefits.
Private projects:
Compensation commensurate with experience.
