CDLB Position:

Shop Laborer with Class B CDL Schultz Construction is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop & Yard Laborer/Driver. This role plays a key part in supporting our field operations, maintaining our yard and warehouse, and ensuring crews have what they need to succeed.

What Youll Do:

Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment in the yard and warehouse Deliver and pick up materials and equipment to/from job sites (CDL B required) Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies Order and restock materials as needed and monitor usage by project teams Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs (in-house or with vendors) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse in accordance with company standards Support mechanics, Superintendents, and field crews with day-to-day needs Perform general labor and other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

Valid CDL Class B license (required) Clean driving record Ability to operate forklifts and other yard equipment (or willingness to learn) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and respond to field requests Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Frequent bending, standing, lifting and working on your feet for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions Why Join the
