This is a long term, full time position with lots of room to grow. Qualifications of the

Carpenter:

Finish Carpentry skills Drywall and taping skills Skilled in all areas of residential construction Ability to read blue prints, layout and frame Basic knowledge of electrical a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing a plus Ability to complete tasks while maintaining a positive attitude Key Responsibilities Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Perform Construction, finished and rough carpentry of residential and commercial properties Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects Communicate with Construction project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities:

Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly Work with Water and Fire restoration as needed. Position Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED (preferred) At least 1-3 years of experience in carpentry work Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
