Local waterproofing contractor looking to hire full-time Production Crew Members for our production department.

• Hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday.
• We work all year round.
• We are a local, family owned and operated company.
• Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
• A valid ID is required upon hiring.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• Wage and incentives to be determined upon interview.

This is an on-site position:

The production crew is responsible for tasks such as manual excavation, masonry foundation repairs, concrete work, carpentry, landscaping, and the use of power tools/equipment. The role requires physical labor and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. You need to have the ability to follow directions and knowledge to use basic construction tools and equipment.
