Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist in various construction tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and ensure that each project progresses smoothly and safely. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to creating durable structures, beautiful landscapes, and revitalized spaces. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Support carpentry activities including framing, trim carpentry, formwork construction, and metal stud framing Help with masonry work, stucco application, roofing tasks, and rebar installation to ensure structural integrity Follow blueprint specifications and interpret technical drawings to execute precise concrete forming, concrete pumping, and schematics-based tasks Perform heavy lifting and physical labor required for site restoration, renovation projects, or new constructions while adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following construction safety regulations and ensuring proper use of safety gear at all times Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, cutting, pouring, and concrete pumping techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding setup Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring stamina over long periods Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors or project plans Join us in building something great!
