Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, and setting up equipment. Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing basic structures under supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site. Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to prevent accidents. Operate basic construction tools and machinery as trained and authorized. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to quality standards. Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong attention to safety procedures with a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
