Day Laborer

As a Day Laborer, you will be essential in supporting skilled tradespeople, ensuring safety, and maintaining a productive work environment. Duties Assist with general site cleanup, material handling, and organization to keep the work area safe and efficient Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other trades with their specific tasks as needed Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision to perform basic construction activities Help with the setup and breakdown of scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for everyone on site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to assist with project execution Support heavy equipment operation and material fabrication when required Skills Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction plans Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as framing, roofing, masonry, drywall installation, tile laying, concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, glazing, cabinetry installation, flooring installation, welding, restoration work, hardscape development, and demolition Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills related to construction management and inspection Join our team as a Day Laborer if you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of impactful projects!
