Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople by handling materials and performing basic tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or roofing support Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like concrete mixing, cutting rebar, or formwork construction Help with concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and related activities using concrete mixers and pumps Install rebar, metal studs, or other structural components according to blueprint specifications and schematics Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to proper lifting techniques Assist in demolition or restoration projects by removing debris or preparing surfaces for new installations Requirements Prior construction experience or familiarity with working on construction projects is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge and understanding of construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools Experience with concrete forming, finishing, cutting, or pouring is highly desirable Skills in carpentry including trim carpentry, framing, drywall installation, stucco application, or roofing are a plus Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications effectively Willingness to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment when necessary Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocol adherence and teamwork Join us to build a rewarding career in construction where your efforts directly contribute to creating lasting structures. $28.97 - $34.88 per hour Expected hours: 22.0 - 38.0 per week
