This role involves assisting skilled construction workers with daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations on-site, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically capable, and eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. Duties Assist construction workers with manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Support the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Help with loading and unloading supplies and materials as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain safety standards by adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear. Perform general labor duties such as digging, cleaning, and supporting various construction activities. Contribute to team efforts by being punctual, dependable, and proactive in assisting with daily job site needs. Skills Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively. Physical stamina and strength to carry out demanding labor tasks throughout the workday. Good communication skills for understanding instructions and working collaboratively with team members. Willingness to learn new skills related to construction work. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
