Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise work according to specifications. Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site. Prepare and set up formwork, rebar installation, and concrete forms for pouring and finishing concrete structures. Perform heavy lifting tasks and handle materials such as masonry, drywall, stucco, roofing materials, and flooring components. Execute concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and sealing (caulking) to achieve smooth surfaces and durable finishes. Install metal stud framing, drywall, trim carpentry, and perform restoration or renovation work as needed. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Experience Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site safety regulations. Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Hands-on experience with concrete mixing, formwork construction, rebar installation, and concrete finishing techniques. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as cranes or excavators is a plus. Knowledge of masonry, roofing installation, plastering, flooring installation, and metal stud framing is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction work. Prior experience in renovation or restoration projects will be considered an asset.
