This is a hands-on construction position with opportunities to learn a variety of skills, work around construction equipment, and grow into equipment operator and leadership positions. What You'll Do Our civil crews perform a wide variety of construction work. Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include: Excavation and trenching Installing conduit and underground utilities Site grading and preparation Concrete forming, reinforcing, placement, and finishing Building equipment pads, foundations, and other concrete structures Backfilling and compaction Site restoration Loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools Assisting equipment operators Operating compactors, saws, pumps, generators, and other construction tools Assisting with excavators, skid steers, and other equipment as experience allows Reading basic construction plans and following layout and project requirements Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite Working with the foreman and other crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are reliable, safety-conscious, willing to work, and interested in learning . Construction experience is preferred, but we are also willing to consider motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and want to develop their construction skills.

Preferred experience includes:

General construction Excavation and underground utilities Concrete work Equipment operation Trenching and conduit installation Site work and grading Experience operating construction equipment is a plus, but not required.
