This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to learn the construction trade from someone with years of hands-on experience . You don't need to know everything coming in—we're looking for someone who shows up, works hard, asks questions, and is willing to learn. What You'll Do Assist with residential construction, renovation, and repair projects Work alongside and learn from an experienced construction professional Help with basic carpentry, framing, drywall, demolition, installation, and general repairs Measure, cut, carry, and prepare materials Use hand and power tools safely Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe Load/unload materials and assist with jobsite setup and cleanup Take on more responsibility as your skills and experience grow What We're Looking For Some construction, maintenance, landscaping, or other hands-on experience Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable and able to show up on time Comfortable working with your hands and being physically active throughout the day Able to follow direction and take feedback Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred The Right Person We're less concerned with how many years of construction experience you have and more interested in finding someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn a trade .
