Job Description
Job Summary No experience necessary. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking person to join our crew. You will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment. Transportation can be provided. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on many different types of projects and will have a desire to learn and Advance. will provide the right candidate with training and help obtain certifications like
OSHA 10, NYS
crane operators license and CDL. Pay Commensurate with experience. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including the organization of tools and materials. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors and fellow workers. Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.Job Types:
