Experience:
Entry level; no prior utility locating experience required Position Summary We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support field operations at a utility infrastructure site. This entry-level role requires outdoor work, attention to safety, and a willingness to learn under supervision. Responsibilities Walk with or push specialized sensors across designated areas in a grid pattern. Confirm completed areas as instructed. Place transmitters at assigned locations. Open manholes and lower lightweight equipment without entering them. Move, pack, inspect, and maintain field equipment. Follow site procedures, safety rules, and supervisor instructions. Complete required training and documentation. Qualifications No prior utility locating or civil infrastructure experience required. Basic construction-site safety knowledge. Ability to walk, stand, lift, carry, and move equipment. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Required PPE Workers must have required PPE including: Approved eye protection, a flame-resistant Class E hard hat, Class 2 Category 2 high-visibility vest, leather composite-toe work boots, gloves, and flame-resistant Category 2 pants and shirt. #hc258951
