Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up scaffolding, barricades, and safety signage Carry out physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools under supervision Support the installation of building components like framing, drywall, flooring, and roofing materials Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members Load and unload construction materials and equipment efficiently and safely Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards Maintain cleanliness of the work site by disposing of debris and organizing tools and materials Qualifications Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures; certification in OSHA safety standards is a plus Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or apprenticeships are advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your effort builds more than structures — you build your future!
