Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remodeling/Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction and remodeling projects, contributing your expertise to ensure high-quality results. Your energy and attention to safety will help drive project success from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hands-on work and skilled craftsmanship, with a focus on efficient, safe, and precise execution of construction tasks. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including erosion control measures and site safety protocols Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately Operate power tools and equipment safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations Perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and climbing tasks required for various remodeling activities Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance Implement erosion control techniques to protect the environment during construction activities Follow all safety regulations, including respiratory protection procedures, when working in hazardous environments or with airborne particles Experience Proven industrial construction experience with a strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable Experience with heavy lifting, manual handling, climbing, and the use of power tools in a construction setting Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and the implementation of safety regulations on job sites Familiarity with erosion control practices and environmental protection measures during construction projects Join us if you're ready to bring your hands-on skills to a fast-paced environment where safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork are at the forefront.
