Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of diverse projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials, equipment, and debris safely and efficiently Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment in accordance with safety protocols Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and roofing Assist with concrete work such as pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction using concrete mixers and pumps Install rebar, metal studs, masonry components, and perform other structural support activities based on blueprints and technical drawings Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members Skills Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and pumping processes Knowledge of construction estimating principles for material handling and project planning Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and scaffolding safely Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and proper use of safety gear in compliance with safety regulations Strong understanding of various construction disciplines including masonry, drywall installation, stucco application, restoration work, roofing, flooring installation, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, framing (metal stud framing), and renovation projects Join our team if you're ready to build a solid foundation for your career! Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 80.0 per week
