Job Description
Overview Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a fast-growing Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) bringing affordable, high-speed internet to communities across Wyoming County, NY. We're building the infrastructure that connects people, and we need experienced leaders in the field to make it happen. Responsibilities Assist with general construction and labor tasks on various job sites Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely Dig trenches, and assist with site prep work Operate hand and basic power tools under supervision Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, installation technicians) as needed Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment Help with assembling and installing broadband linemen construction components Transport and dispose of construction debris Safely work with ladders to access elevated areas Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues to supervisors immediately Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
