Hardscape Laborer

Campbell Design & Landscape is a small, locally owned hardscape construction company serving homeowners throughout central Ohio. We build high‑quality patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces , and we take pride in doing things the right way. We're looking for entry‑level laborers who are eager to work outdoors, learn new skills, and be part of a dependable, hard‑working crew. No hardscape experience is required — we'll train you . What You'll Do As a Hardscape Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced crew members on a variety of outdoor construction projects.

Typical responsibilities include:

Assisting with the installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Helping with site preparation , including digging, grading, leveling, and material placement Loading, unloading, and moving stone, pavers, block, gravel, sand, and tools Using basic hand tools and power equipment (shovels, rakes, plate compactors, saws) Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Following instructions and learning proper hardscape construction techniques Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We're Looking For This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to construction or landscaping.
