Role Description The Contract Sign Installer role is an on-site position based in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for installing a variety of signs and visual graphics, such as interior and exterior signage, vehicle graphics, and various wall graphics, at client locations. Per job tasks include reviewing installation plans, preparing materials and tools, safely transporting and handling signage, and ensuring accurate, secure placement according to specifications and safety standards. The installer will coordinate with production and sales teams, communicate professionally with clients on-site, document completed work, and report any issues or required adjustments. This is a contract role, and hours may vary based on project workload and scheduling needs. Qualifications Hands-on experience with vinyl application, signage installation, and basic fabrication or carpentry skills. Strong measurement, layout, and problem-solving abilities, including reading plans or artwork proofs. Comfort working with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts, and following safety procedures. Ability to work on-site at various customer locations in the Cincinnati area, including indoor and outdoor settings. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively. Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with teammates and clients. High school diploma or equivalent; experience in sign installation, print shops, construction, or related fields is preferred. Willingness to lift moderate weights, stand for extended periods, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. As a reminder, this is a part-time Contract position. As an Independent Contractor you will need to: Maintain all required insurance during the contract term Provide updated certificates upon renewal Supply a majority of your own tools and equipment Be responsible for taxes Comply with OSHA and safety requirements when onsite Review scheduled installs and provide feedback on availability or other concerns

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
