ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support demolition, framing, and site prep work under supervision. Assist carpenters and tradespeople with tasks such as loading/unloading, layout, and setup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, trailers, and the workshop. Act as a utility team member, stepping in to support any area of the project as needed. Safely transport materials, tools, and equipment between workshop, vendors, and job sites using company vehicles. Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and mileage records. Follow all company safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented At least 1 year of experience in residential construction, general labor, or materials handling Experience supporting custom homebuilding or luxury residential projects is a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. The hourly wage for this role is $17-25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
