This position will assist with general construction labor, site cleanup, material handling, facility monitoring, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, alert, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. This is a hands-on position that requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, climbing, and working both indoors and outdoors. Qualifications

MUST HAVE OSHA 10

Construction certification Minimum 1 year of construction or similar experience preferred Previous industrial, facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus Must be dependable and have a strong, stable work history Must be comfortable working an overnight shift Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 75% of the workday Ability to squat, kneel, bend, reach, pull, walk, and climb for extended periods Reliable transportation Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including sun, rain, wind, and cold Strong communication, organizational, and listening skills Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required Must be able to work overtime, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays as needed Must be committed to following all safety policies and procedures Responsibilities As a Construction Laborer / Facilities Monitor, you will: Monitor the construction site and facilities during the overnight shift Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assist Foremen, Superintendents, and Leads with general construction activities Perform industrial cleaning and commercial light construction duties Remove and dispose of construction materials and debris Operate a floor scrubber and other equipment as trained and authorized Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and moving materials around the job site Assist with construction site setup and cleanup Assist with setup and tear-down of equipment Prepare work areas for various construction trades Gather and properly use the tools and equipment required for assigned tasks Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, equipment issues, or security concerns Follow established overnight site-monitoring and safety procedures Maintain awareness of site conditions and restricted areas Assist with traffic control when necessary Provide general labor support to specialty crews and other site personnel Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Understand and recognize hazards associated with construction equipment and job-site activities Attend safety meetings and follow all company and client safety policies, regulations, and procedures Follow the direction of Foremen, Superintendents, Leads, and other authorized personnel Arrive on time and ready to work with a positive attitude Treat coworkers, supervisors, contractors, clients, equipment, and property with respect Work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently Maintain a professional attitude and represent LEAD positively at all times Perform repetitive hand movements, including pushing, pulling, gripping, bending, and twisting Perform other duties as assigned Overnight Shift Expectations Because this position works during overnight hours, the successful candidate must: Be reliable and consistently report to work on time Remain alert and attentive throughout the shift Be comfortable working independently when required Follow all site security and safety procedures Communicate immediately with management regarding emergencies, hazards, injuries, equipment problems, or unusual activity Maintain a professional and safety-focused attitude throughout the overnight shift If you're dependable, hardworking, safety-focused, and ready to build your career in construction, apply today!
