Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and site organization Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate work execution Perform demolition, concrete forming, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks with precision Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, and other fixtures following project specifications Conduct basic construction inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Support heavy equipment operation and site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various trades including carpentry, roofing, plastering, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is advantageous Join us in building something great!
