Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Septic Crew Lead to assist with septic system installation, maintenance, repairs, and other excavation projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating hand tools, and operating equipment including mini excavators & skid steers on job sites.Responsibilities:
Install septic systems primarily in Butler and Warren counties Assist with septic system installations, repairs, and replacements. Excavate and set septic tanks, trench leech lines, construct sand mounds, install gradient drains. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers. Perform other labor-related duties as assigned.Requirements:
Ability to operate mini excavator & skid loader Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds. 2+ years experience in the septic industry, we can train, but septic knowledge is a must Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team. Basic construction, excavation, or septic experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license required. Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.Benefits:
