Duties Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate hand tools and power equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to ensure accurate placement of materials and components Support team members in pouring concrete, installing fixtures, framing, or other specialized tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on site Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards Experience Prior experience working in construction or related manual labor roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated learners Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills Join us in building something great!
