Job Overview DevlinLee Designs is seeking dependable and hardworking Residential Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on participation in various aspects of residential construction projects across Crawford, Richland, Marion, and surrounding counties. The ideal candidate will be engaged in building construction, remodeling, and carpentry work, contributing to the successful completion of projects with safety and quality in mind. Whether full-time or part-time, team members will play a vital role in framing, roofing, and general residential construction tasks. Responsibilities Assist with building construction activities including framing, roofing, and remodeling projects Perform carpentry tasks such as framing and finish work to meet project specifications Support roofing installations and repairs as needed Contribute to general residential construction duties including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout all phases of construction Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion Skills Experience or familiarity with building construction, remodeling, carpentry, roofing, and framing preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with dependability and punctuality Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements Commitment to safety standards and procedures on the job site Construction experience is preferred but not required.
