The Role We're looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our crew for work on active construction and excavation job sites. This is hands-on, physical, outdoors, and sometimes indoor work — you'll be part of a team that gets sites ready, moves earth, and keeps projects on schedule. What You'll Do Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and utility markings to perform the work of home renovations, patios, decks, and concrete Work safely around underground utilities and equipment Collaborate with the crew lead and other operators/laborers on-site Take measurements and understand angles Use basic construction equipment like power drills Travel between job sites as assigned
What You'll Need Required:
2+ years of experience in construction/excavation, or equivalent equipment training Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop Must pass a background check and look presentable to enter a client's home Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable standing, bending, and working on uneven terrain for extended periods Willingness to travel to different local job sites as needed Preferred (not required): Experience in multiple types of construction Experience using a gutter machine (will train and not expected, but nice to have)
Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
